ARTICLE 2 – ORDER

ARTICLE 5 – PRICES
The sale prices indicated on the website are shown in euros, VAT included and tax included*. The prices that will be applied are those in effect at the time of placing the order.

These taxes allow suppliers to comply with RD RAEE 110/2015 and are mandatory.
ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT METHOD
Orders will be paid by VISA / MASTERCARD / AMERICAN EXPRESS card payment.
OLIVALITE, SLU. can expand or reduce the number of forms of payment at any time.
The customer will select the payment method chosen from those available at the time of purchase.
The total amount of the order will include: the price of the product or products ordered, as well as packaging, shipping, fees and taxes.
ARTICLE 7 – SIGNATURE AND PROOF
The customer who does not have a username and password will have to follow a registration procedure that will allow them to be obtained. The online instruction of the credit card number and the final validation of the order will constitute proof of the order in accordance with the legal provisions and will allow the enforceability of the sums that will appear in the order form. ARTICLE 8 – WARRANTY

In those incidents that justify the use of the warranty, the options will be to repair, replace, discount or refund the item, in the legally established terms.
